  I was sent a pink. I contacted the seller and received a litany of excuses as to why it couldn’t be replaced. It was taken out of the packaging to take a photo. Apparently this was not acceptable and voided an exchange. Too many excuses for their mistake. I only wanted what I ordered. Very disappointed. I have agreed to accept half my purchase price for the band as a refund. I will use this to put towards my purchase of a gold band from another seller.

  Not happy with the product as it was not as described. Time will tell if the engraving last for many years as a deep engraving product would. I also did not receive the good quality split ring as advertised. However when my initial order arrived without the product and a broken envelope, the seller did resend the tags, which was a lovely thing to do as it was not the senders fault.
