  Nice glasses. But the Authentic beautiful Plaid case ($30 value) shown in advertisement was NOT sent. Instead it was replaced by ordinary case. Contacted seller and seller offered $10 discount or return. I accepted the discount since cost of returning was not worth it for me. Should have stated in the ad that Case may not be as shown.

  Initially ordered the satin chrome frames but when I got them, I realised they were the smaller frames. I didn’t double check the size when I placed the order. Reached out to the seller and they were kind enough to let me exchange the frames to the correct size, in pewter. They shipped the replacement as soon as they got the wrong ones I sent back. Extremely happy with the frames and the service.
