  The item came as described. No problems there. However, only when it did come. I ordered a few of the two packs of controller thumb grips, and only one showed up. It comes in the mail untracked in a small envelope, which was highly damaged on arrival. The seller was easy to work with and sent a replacement, which also didn't come. If you live on the East Coast US, I don't recommend purchasing this product as it will not survive in the mail. I ended up receiving a partial refund for my order.
