There was a lot of confusion with this order. It was triggered by the truck coming on a day the condo driveway was being sealed. The package was left at the local UPS Store, when I was still awaiting delivery due to conflicting info within the tracking. There was also a statement that an additional fee would be required upon delivery. I was able to figure out that the package was left at the store and picked it up, and no additional fee was charged. So the issue was not with EBay or the seller.
