When it arrived and couldn't do what I needed, I requested a refund, and was provided a Chinese address, but when I contacted the seller, I was given a more appropriate address in New Jersey. The seller handled the refund appropriately, to my great appreciation.

    It's very bright, please note that this light comes with a loose 18650 battery in a bag that you insert and it also comes with a charger that has a round barrel plug in, not a type C, which was not what I was expecting but works fine. It seems well made compared to some and the battery is a surefire, not just a generic cheapie. It shipped quickly and was well packaged. I'm happy for the price and I will buy from this seller again.

    Post Office notified me that they lost my Ebay order - NO fault of the vendor. The vendor refunded me immediately, with NO problem when I notified them of the situation with the Post Office.
