The shipping notification stated estimated arrival by 28 December 2024. I put in a dispute on 3 January 2025 as I still hadn't received my items. From the reply I received it sounded like they seller had never sent them. This morning I received an eBay notification saying I have received a full refund. I checked my PayPal account and I have. Thank you. This company is not in Australia.

Told me it would be sent at a later date or I could have a refund. It was upsetting because it took them a while to let me know of that issue leaving it to late to find another one of the product and pay for it to get here on time for my sons birtbday. Not only that.. I had to follow up for my refund after already asking for it.

No other packaging inside, so when package arrived, the tweezers were almost falling out of the box via an un-taped section of the box. Should've been inside some bubble wrap or similar. Lucky that it got here ok.
