    Very accurate description. Professionally packaged and sent out fast ( the item was foam surround inside a box and then put inside another sturdy box with popcorn foam in between the two boxes). AAA+ Reliable Seller. BTW, I am a repeating customer. I always loved Michelangelo's statue of Moses in marble. I bought my 12" bronze statue of Moses 2 weeks ago. It was Excellent quality/Great design by Michelangelo/Very accurate copy/Nice finish/Excellent price & value. I ordered another one .

Item mysteriously "disappeared" from HERNANDO, MS UPS hub when out for delivery literally weeks ago. Then turns up today after "sent to Memphis" (or taken) written on the package. The address was clearly marked. There is no duplicate address in Memphis for this package to end up!

    The Bronze figurine arrived in perfect condition, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described.     It’s absolutely beautiful and it looks great on my desk. The packaging was done excellently; the statue was wrapped in plastic and appeared to have a form fitting expanding foam to fit around it inside a cardboard box placed inside a second cardboard box with foam popcorn. It is exactly as described, and I absolutely love it. The shipping was also fairly quick considering the contents! Excellent experience with this seller.

    I did not receive the item I ordered as described in the listing photos, but rather a similar substitute. When questioned, the seller suggested differences were due to hand craftsmanship. But there was clearly a different mold, used due to positioning and details. The seller said I could return the item for a refund, but did not offer an exchange for the correct item. Packaging was carefully considered. Shipping time and return/refund time were otherwise acceptable. I hesitate to order in future
