  Can't get in touch with the seller to let them know that the ABS pump didn't respond to programming. Can't get in touch with them as it goes immediately to cancelling the order and no other option. States that there is no returns and my customer couldn't wait any longer so he found another elsewhere. Definitely going to be a negative review

  Very rude and unprofessional seller. Accused me of opening a false claim, called me a liar, amongst other things. The part they sold me was not compatible with my vehicle but instead they accused me of having buyers remorse when that is not the case. The seller does not know how to deal with customers and has the worst customer service. I’m now stuck with a $200 car part that didn’t fit my car and I have to purchase it straight from the dealership now.

  I ordered this part for $698 on October 19th. I did not receive it until Tuesday November 28th even though the ad says ships the same day. Once I finally received the part it is the wrong part all together. Ordered for 12-14 jeep wrangler received one for an 08 dodge nitro. Do yourself a favor and avoid this seller!!

  Postal didn't deliver package when I contact seller they told me to call post office. Then post office charged more for shipping due to seller not packaging correctly. When I contacted seller for reimbursement I got no response. Poor customer service.
