    seller sold me the wrong item, and gave misinformation about the remainder of my requested order , so I was forced to purchase duplicate filters just to get the rubber gasket 'kit" Seller was not knowledgeable about his product, even though he is a registered representative of the company. if you purchase from this seller, check first with the corporate office for price and details about what you intend to order. Seller meant well, just not well informed about the product he carries, .

    No communication whatsoever and does not stock item. The seller actually lists an item that they do not have, orders it from Amazon then has it shipped from Amazon to the buyer. If I wanted to purchase from Amazon that's what I would have done. Seems like an unethical business practice and I definitely would not purchase from this seller again nor would I recommend them.
