However, when I contacted the seller, he responded immediately and issued a full refund without any hassle. I appreciate the excellent customer service. I believe it was an honest mistake and the seller made good on it.

    Unfortunately, this item was bad. I contacted the seller. He promptly took care of the problem couldn't ask for a better deal. The seller was five star. The item was defective. appearance is packaging, fast delivery, etc. couldn't have asked for the seller to do better.

    ordered 03/12/25 but did not receive until 04/01/25. NOTE US POSTAL SERVICE was the PROBLEM. tracking only ever showed as receipt pending. Notified the seller after ebay sent delivered notice around 03/18/25 and I had not actually received it. Seller refunded my money but I did receive it 04/01/25 after ordering a replacement bottle from another seller which I received yesterday.
