  Shipping was fast, and the item was well packaged. Unfortunately the seller made a mistake and shipped me the wrong item. Luckily the seller was responsive and accepted a return, and I just had to print the return label and drop it off at the post office. A bit of a waste of my time, but overall a good seller who made an honest mistake and did their best to make it right.

  Clock arrived with glass broken. Cost to replace including tax $25.00. Seller informed me that it was for me to file claim however Ebay states it's the shipper that files claim. Not worth my time ! Description is good, good value, needs to work on packing.
