  I cannot give neutral feedback as it affects negatively. I do not know what happened but received package with no coin, cannot process a postal claim because I am not the one who purchased the insurance. Total loss as to what happened and not in country to handle directly. Less than optimal response, but trying to not place blame, but posting what transpired. Coins out of envelope are not offered by seller (as far as I know) so like I said, I am dumbfounded

  Buyer is not in the country and this photo was sent to him by the person who opened the package? We do not sell modern quarters, so unless the PO opened it and removed the coin and replaced them with quarters, there is more to this story. Hard to respond to when the buyer is not in the US?

  Yes all the same things I said, not for sure why you went defensive when it was not a negative or neutral feedback. I didn't leave anything out and did not make it sound like you did anything wrong. I was not planning to be out of the country, but profession said otherwise. I did not ask for my money back, I let you know what the facts were, as I knew them and tried to find out what could be done. What if this is a trend in my area or yours? How would you or I be able to track it?

  Shipping charges too high When the item is a low value item an option to ship without tracking should be offered to Canadian buyers. When shipping charges become 30% of the cost of the item it becomes cost preventative to bid on some items. The item was as described and well packaged

  When eBay starts protecting sellers for shipping international without a tracking number we will certainly lower our international shipping price. The cost of shipping was presented to you by eBay BEFORE you bid and as you viewed the listing from Canada so you knew what is was going to be. Don't bid and then ask us to lower shipping after the sale.
