  I ordered these items a couple days after a few other items, and the shipping was so quick it by passed the other items. This is as described. Thick quality to do any crafts, gardening, or decor. Is in perfect condition, and couldn't beat the price. I was delayed in leaving feedback, because I got a little busy. The seller sent me a message asking if my product was ok, or any issues. I like when seller's stay on top of things. Makes me feel like they actually care about their customers/products.

  Seller shipped quickly. I'm unsure about the packaging. The welder itself come in a box and that was placed in a plastic envelope. So, in the end it arrived safely. The price tag was even with other sellers. Condition was awesome. I tested after arrival on some plastic and it melted with no hesitation. A good looking unit. Now I hope it lasts. I am happy and would buy again.

  I received the package all torn up and retapped with box tape. Looked like the controller fell off the truck or banged around. I contacted them and they had run out of the controller but was so nice and gave me back my money with no issues. I am very thankful for that. Give them a 5 ***** star A+ for customer service.

  I had a couple issues with the United States Postal Service, not the Sellers's fault at all, she gave me a full refund on the product. And then it eventually showed up. I had to ask her for her email address to pay her. This seller is 100% legitimate! Highly recommend!
