  Item arrived as described. It also works. Though the maps are outdated, it’s a good value for the nostalgia. Disc does not appear to be a copy and seems legit. Recommend if you want to replace a lost, missing, or damaged navigation disc. Shipping time wasn’t terrible either considering it shipped out of Canada.

  Seller sold an item described as a navigation update to a 2010-2013 Toyota 4 Runner. I own a 2013 Toyota 4Runner and purchased the update, requesting instructions. DVD arrived without instructions Requested them again & vague instructions provided. Contacted Toyota dealer who advised a 2013 4Runner cannot be updated by a DVD. Advised seller, provided documentation & returned DVD. The seller refused to issue refund & offered store credit. Poor business practices, seller is operating a scam.
