Since it was packaged by FedEx the seller submitted a claim to FedEx and it was approved within a few days. I received a full refund. Working with the Seller to get the refund was almost effortless, just requiring me to take a few photos. Can have confidence in this seller. Good seller, knows what he is doing.

    The seller was very quick to process my order and ship it out. It arrived packaged well, including a plastic drawstring sack to protect the item. Mizzy the Steiff kitty was just as described and in excellent condition given the age. The shipping cost was a bit high, but I think it is correct for mailing a USPS priority large flat rate box. I am very excited to add Mizzy to my vintage Steiff Kitty collection. She has a special place on my bookcase in my memorial display for my kitty Annie.
