    I received the screen in a timely manner; and it was the item described; however, the item was damaged. It was packaged well, but I think it was damaged in shipping. As an awesome point of customer service Epartshighway answered my message to them same day. Not only that, I sent a couple of pics to show what was wrong, and they initiated a refund right away. They definitely stand behind their product, and because of this I would absolutely buy from again. Thank you for everything.

    The MacBook Pro logic board I received did not match the listing TEXT. Incorrect CPU and Part #, as well as a *defective* GPU that was not disclosed in the listing. This could have been an honest mistake made by the seller, but they did not respond to my messages, despite their pledge to be "prompt and professional." Item was also packaged poorly, using just crumpled papers instead of foam or bubble wrap. Based on other feedback I clicked "Return Item" and ebay provided a pre-paid label.

    Board was received back fully functional with no GPU issue present. False not as described claim, LCD issue not motherboard.

    Listing text: board w/ 2.4GHz CPU, Part # 820-2915-B. Seller sent: board w/ 2.3GHz CPU, Part # 820-2915-A. This alone is a VALID "not as described" claim, let alone the GPU defect. Contrary to seller claim, my LCD is working perfectly w/ a working board. Seller says they strive for 5-star ratings. If that's true, they would have at least responded to messages to try to resolve the issue and take responsibility for their mistake, right? Instead, they ignore the buyer and call them a liar.
