  I didn’t realise it was coming from China. It arrived really quickly to be fair (quicker than uk 2nd class) but it had been squeezed into the smallest bag possible and consequently was rippled all the way along both sides. Once fitted looked hideous! I mentioned this to the seller, along with photos and they refunded me immediately. So I can’t leave negative feedback as the whole transaction was a breeze.   Item as described as new which it was, price was perfect, quality of the product is fantastic, appearance matches what I had before. It was a pleasant surprise to get a wiper blade along with the wiper arm. The item was dispatched the day after i ordered it which was Sunday. It arrived sooner than expected which was great so got it fitted today. I would highly recommend this seller.

  Items all arrive new in box. Yet to fit them to give the full verdict. Considerably cheaper than OEM units. Definitely look the part. But the time it took to actually arrive was pretty disappointing as yodel took 4 days to handle a package that was already at the depot. I will be buying from this seller again.

  Braun compatible charger was delivered within a few days of being ordered. It was well packaged. Unfortunately the unit appeared to have a fault. These things happen! Communication with the seller was second to none. A refund was issued without any quibbling. Recommended.
