  Item received on time & well packed. Unfortunately I discovered that the item was unusable when I opened the box. Advised the seller, who was most helpful, we exchanged correspondence & I was given options of a full refund or another item being sent. I opted for the full refund, which was very promptly sent.   Seller was very responsive and helpful. Product was unfortunately faulty in this instance. Seller refunded 50% of the cost writing that it was likely damaged in transit. I would still recommend buying from them, and will likely do so again in the future. Product (Stainless steel rice spatula) 4/10 Customer Service 12/10!

  Very good seller (would reccomend) - Item arrived very quickly, about 5 days before it was predicted to, and although I have seen a lot of negative reviews saying the the item was not intact, all the package suffered were a few scratches on the box, and it was packed well so the actual product was not damaged in any way. Worked as intended and was very easy to set up.
