I was a little worried and this could have been a bad experience with shipping drives back and fourth but Enpei decided to just send me a replacement. I am so happy that they decided to handle it this way. That is great customer service in my mind and I really appreciate them sending me a new one. The 3 working drives were thoroughly tested and have been working great! The last one is being tested now. Thank you so much!
