    I appreciated the kind message from the seller prior to the item being shipped. I thought since it was coming from Japan it would take weeks to arrive. No it arrived in a span of a few days. The purse was wrapped with care in a protective plastic bag. In regards to the bag, it looks almost brand new-no damage at all. The inside was super clean as well. Great experience and I love my new Coach bag.

    Bag is lovely with minor issues. I get that is it's used but inside peeling like dry rot around the edges on both side (just a little), but it wasn't in description. I also sent pictures to the seller. The cost to repair was is about 40 to 70 dollars. Offer 10% and rudely asked to ship bag back. Haven't heard back yet. Not a great experience for me.
