During the return process, the Post Office did not update or redeliver this package, resulting in making this package look lost. This led to some issues. But energycell went ABOVE AND BEYOND!! They issued my FULL refund without receiving their product back yet. To me that speaks volumes of integrity. Although I had to return it, the way they handled business makes me want to be a return customer in the future! Thanks energycell!!
