  I bought one item and they send other. I asked questions beforehand to make sure of my purchase ( I never do that) results: ai answers. Nobody to talk with. And after get to talk with someone, They answer that they send the same product shown on the pics. NO! . Similar. Not the same. So. Not the best experience. I kept the product because …. I don’t know. I’m lazy, and don’t like to return every item I purchase. If the product in the pics is the same as in the listing, IM crazy. It’s close
