  This seller was quick to respond to an issue, the item was just lovely as pictured and it was packed with bubble wrap and packing peanuts. Unfortunately it had a long travel and did not survive the customs border opening and repack and arrived broken. The response however was swift ,ethical and supportive and we messaged and commiserated over the damage. My refund was instantaneous almost. This seller accepted returns and honoured that and I would highly recommend them
