The seller failed to communicate multiple times they could not get the item from the US. I specified that it was essential. they misled to get me to buy the product off of eBay saying they were not authorized to ship on eBay from US. They’ve even offered me $500 to take remove this review. They also want to charge $101 for cancellation. Visa card Services has filed a complaint since they have refused to refund money.
