    The seller initially hesitated to send the product until they were sure it was the right fit. Once I confirmed that I definitely wanted the product, they proceeded to ship it. This seller is very honest and genuinely cares about their customers as individuals, not just for profit. I truly hope we can do business again in the future!

    I never received the item I ordered. After 21 days, I reached out to the seller to inquire about the issue because the tracking number indicated that it had been delivered to a different address. They informed me that the item couldn't be shipped due to "sanctions in the U.S." After I expressed my concerns, they claimed it wasn't their fault since eBay provided the address on the label. I do not recommend this seller.

    Ebay ships items to their distribution centers(thats the address I was given by eBay) then from there it goes to the country of origin. I messaged you a copy of a letter I received from eBay directly stating that they are refunding your money because they are unable to ship it internationally for several different reasons. My guess is it was due to the current sanctions. They kept the package and refunded you the money. I am sorry its completely out of my hands.

    The ford edge grill I purchased from him was absolutely everything he said it was and I could not be happier with my purchase. The seller also shipped quickly and made sure that the grill was extremely well protected during shipping. The over all buying experience was super great so 10 out of 10 I would shop from this person again!
