  Item as advertised. Fast Shipping and item WELL protected in the box. It didn't work at first. I contacted seller, they responded literally within minutes. Before responded to his querry, I tried the cleaner a few more times and it started working and is working well and properly now....I assume it didn't like being shipped, LOL.   Wonderful seller. Judging purely on the packaging, they are very clean and tidy. Cables were all bundled nicely. The bubble wrap was evenly laid. It arrived safely, and in even better condition than the seller described. I couldn’t recommend them more. Not to mention they took my (slightly) lowball offer!   I determined that the mixer was not really in working order but producing noise. The seller gladly refunded the sale, without any issue. I would definitely purchase from this seller again. Packaging was correct, the item was nearly as described, however it really was too noisy to be useable without serious repairs which wasn't mentioned and perhaps the seller was unaware. The shipping was very prompt and again the seller refunded, so I would only be happier if it had worked ok.
