We are a few guys who have spent years in the automotive industry from selling parts, to doing dismantling, inventory, and even scraping vehicles who became close friends over the years. We are opening a salvage yard in what is a part of America's history, bringing life back to this historic site that was once Bethlehem Steel. This site was so critical that during World War Two the Germans sent spies to sabotage this mill as it played a key role in producing the steel needed to aid in the war effort. Now we are putting it back to use in a way that will continue to help our community, environment and our customers all over the US.

Everything was great, got a snag when the part I received didn't have a sensor on it like in the pictures, Jake was awesome responded quick, I just wanted to swap for the right one. Something happened between emails and I didn't get the return mail one, Jake followed up with me and we have since figured out kinda what happened. This was not the sellers fault, it was a glitch. Had the part had the sensor, 5 stars, the entire thing was smooth and the seller was great, definitely recommend them!!

The seller posted an exorbitant shipping price which I did not see when I purchased the item. The item price was lower than everyone else’s by a significant amount. Why I contacted the seller he immediately told me he would change the shipping to whatever it would and that he charged high rates because he’s been burned in the past. I responded by asking him to send me a copy of the receipt. When he replied back he had offered a $40 credit. He also charged me a transaction fee. There’s more.

The customer agreed to purchase the item, eBay does not hide what you are being charged when purchasing. I looked into what discount we received due to the amount of shipping we do through UPS and offered to extend that discount to the customer. Upon refunding the discount we receive, the customer demanded a greater reduction in price with the threat of negative feedback. I sent a screenshot of what charges we received for shipping the item. This is manipulative and coercive behavior.
