  One of the bottles came in empty. The seller was notified but no action was taken. Not even a 10% discount that was promised prior to the purchase. The return or refund was declined. I will not buy from this particular seller as I was left in an unpleasant and dissatisfied state of mind (not to mention missing my favorite fragrance!).

I tried this new product but I really prefer the Lancome art liner myself but I received this in a timely manner and was very pleased with the service I have no compliance.
