  This item was listed as new but box opened, this item was not new at all. The box has signs of use, an the creative character is locked and I can't use it. As stuck under previous owners account, not happy & tried to contact seller with no acknowledgement of the problem. Has signs of use, I thought was getting a bargain but in the used and locked condition it's in. I'm now out of pocket, Ive tried contacting seller to compromise or help and nothing 😔 Very disappointed, won't be ordering again
