    Terrible experience with the seller. I bought a very pricey Christmas Pyramid, it arrived broken and in pieces. It was even missing items that were shown in the sellers pics and not included in the box. Seller tried to discount it as damage by USPS. Kind of hard for USPS to damage something that was already broken before it shipped. I don’t care if they do have a 100% feedback, I’m very certain of this since it was missing parts, cost me $22 to repair it. Seller offered me $0 in reimbursement…

    Seller Beware: Despite the item being very well described with extensive pictures, the buyer claimed unsubstantiated damage & fished for a partial refund. We apologized for any misunderstandings & offered a full refund if the item was returned. Buyer ceased communication, as they clearly wanted to keep it. They then posted a negative review, with pictures staged after they disassembled the item. Their feedback history reveals an extensive history of the same behavior with most past purchases.
