  Item arrived just as described. Great price on the unit itself. Excellent speed to delivery. My only critique would be that, it was only Wrapped in bubble wrap. I would have preferred in a solid box for the amount charged for shipping cost, and it being sensitive electrical equipment. I haven’t tried it out yet, but all appearances show the unit brand new and in excellent condition.
