    Box came destroyed the Hat was just thrown in a box with no other packaging material not even a piece of plastic wrap. Nice to have a new dirty hat do to the whole side of the box was smatched in an a Hugh whole. Guess I at least got the Hat. On time shipping

    We sent hat that was ordered in protective packaging. No parts were involved. Very confusing feedback from buyer and we were never contacted. Nonetheless thank you for your business and support.
