    I had an issue with my package being delivered to the wrong location, but the seller was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the process. They quickly investigated the issue and sent a replacement (no charge) right away. The replacement arrived in perfect condition, exactly as described.     Arrived fairly quickly and was well packaged. Item was new and just as described. Worked like a charm in an old Pentium PC running Windows 98. The HDD failed and I replaced it with this item and an old 4G SD card. It’s both cheaper and faster than a spinning replacement drive, so an excellent value. One suggestion to the seller is to link to some 3D printer model for a plastic frame that exposes the SD card in a floppy disk slot.
