  Item was shipped out quickly, the shipping company misrouted and sent it all over the U.S., as a result the box had come open and some of the hardware was missing. Contacted seller and they quickly sent a replacement hardware packet. Appreciate the great customer service and standing behind the product!   I simply asked the vendor when the item would ship so I could schedule with my plumber when to be available. So they cancelled my order and told me if I wanted it faster to pay for expedited shipping. I'm in the same city they are in. I would not buy from this person at all. Just cancels your order because you asked a question.
