    Terrible Seller! Shipped a completely different item than shown/listed in the add. Also, the item shipped was missing critical features such as the carafe (coffeepot) and the water reservoir resulting and a completely unusable item. When contacted, the seller did nothing to help make it right.

    Seller listed a used item as new, not to mention the item was also defected and kept cutting off, and none of that was mentioned in the item description. When I contacted the seller to ask about the deceptive listing of the item, they did not reply. I would not I recommend buys items from this seller because there listed are miss leading.
