I viewed many other listings and they only measured bag height not height with handles. Seller included handles in the height. 8 cm or 5 inches is a big difference in size. Did not receive refund was denied by seller.

Regarding the dimensions, we'd like to clarify that the item's description states 34x24x13cm (width x height x depth). The 34cm refers to the width, not the height, which is actually 24cm. It's from Porter's official measurement which is accurate. It's possible that there was a misunderstanding on buyer's end.
