  Seller shipped 2 Dewalt 20V converters very quickly. Each converter was in its own box so they wouldn't damage each other in transit, which was appreciated. They arrived undamaged and were brand new from the factory as described. The converters work like a charm and the price was better than DeWalt OEM part. Thank you and would recommend seller!!

  The product is great. However I had some issues with the postal service delivery, that I have had before. The item was delivered to the wrong address. I had to walk it down. The seller gave me a 10 percent refund for having to do all of that, wasn't much, but the point is that, the seller did something. So I will give them 5 stars.

  Everything was great with the seller. There was an issue with the charger and the seller made it right by refunding me and letting me go back in and buy another charger from them. No hassles know anything all I had to do was take a picture or two for them to let them see that the charger was not working as it should and they were absolutely amazing.
