I will be contacting Novra about lack of 'Factory Reset'. The Seller was excellent in his response. He knew the Password, but not the IP address. Fortunately I have a pretty fancy network so was able to get the IP Address from the Network Logs and having setup a network to match the device I was able to change it to my requirements. I have dropped one star for a VERY Noisy Fan.
