    5 stars on prompt delivery and being what I ordered, removing 1 star on item description as one of the caddy trays were bent, nothing pliers can't fix but kind of annoying. Otherwise they're the same quality supermicro caddies you wanted. Not really sure how one got bent, it clearly was bent before it was in the box because the box was in excellent shape. At the price these cost, the time it takes to ship and the fact it's a 2 second fix with pliers it wasn't worth contacting seller about it.

    The item was purchased and paid for immediately. However the seller cancel the sale saying there is a problem with shipping to our address, when in fact we get dozens of packages from eBay every week. I think the seller didn't like the price at which the item was sold. I contacted the seller to ask what the real reason was that they cancelled the sale, but got no reply. I wouldn't trust this seller.

    You never send me a message. The order is cancelled due to shipping address issue. You got full refund.
