    Package was flimsy and torn when received. Some of the boxes were damaged, but the filters are ok. The filters don’t look exactly like what’s shown in some of the pictures with a screen on one side and holes on the other. Seller answered my question about which side to place toward the water flow. (It apparently doesn’t matter.) Black carbon came out in the water initially, but it has cleared.
