Hi, the mail-order reconditioning service provided by the seller ( Alan ) is absolutely first class. The postage and reconditioning costs are far less than buying a second hand unit. He repaired my unit and had it back in the post on the day that he received it, very impressive. My window is now functioning again and he had included some helpful written instructions to re-set the operation of the window .
