    I asked the seller if the Samsung s20 ultra was a remanufactured or brand new sealed he said they were new sealed phones, I told him if it was the real deal I would buy another one, the phones were as advertised, would buy from this seller again, other sellers were claiming there phones were new but in the reviews people were complaining that they were remanufactured phones and were being sold as brand new phones, I couldn't be happier, great experience and a stand up seller.

    Seller went above and beyond to make me happy. Eventhough product was damaged in transit and I uncomfortable to send back once my data on it and with reset being recoverable they worked with me to get a positive outcome. GIVE THEM A CHANCE, just because my product arrived subpar doesn t mean they sent it that way. They were extremely responsive to my messages.
