    This seller is fraud! I received a used bike rack when I paid for a brand new one. When I received the package it was falling apart and open on both sides. The packaging was sloppy and the parts were not protected. Parts were missing. I contacted this seller and they are fighting me requesting a refund or sending me a new bike rack that I paid for and I can return the used bike rack in a better box when it comes to me. This seller has not resolved my issue and eBay has been contacted. 0 Rating!!
