  Communication went very well. It was a little delayed in shipping, but that was the post office, not the seller as it was shipped soon after ordering. It was VERY well packaged , which I appreciated very much! The item was pretty much as described, but there is some very slight staining on the face and a tiny spot on her forehead.   Item was as pictured, but arrived with the magnets loose inside the area they’re normally secured, with a small hole near one of them. I was able to fix it enough so it would function as needed, but that was a little disappointing. Otherwise, Good packaging, good value, and quick ship. Thanks!
