Bought two and the shipping and packaging was good. Had to reschedule the delivery since it was coming by freight and not the normal delivery methods. No instructions, but I'm pretty handy with the tools and figured out how to assembly the bikes. I didn't receive the batteries, but the seller was quick on the responses and sent them to me ASAP. I've gotten one battery so far and have no issues riding the bikes around. Second batt should be on the way. Top speed is under 30mph. We like !
