  Item exactly as described and is a real workhorse of a printer with excellent print quality. Unfortunately, FedEx caused significant damage to part of the structure of the printer even though the seller had it fully bubble-wrapped. The printer seems to still work okay and the Seller is working to get a partial refund from FedEx. Seller has been very proactive in dealing with the damage issue, even though its wasn't Seller's fault. Good communications. Highly recommend this seller.

  The projector I bought was a fantastic deal and shipping was super fast. Seller packaged the item very well and it arrived with no damage and worked as described. It was such a good deal, i bought another one they were selling which was identical and it was as descibed and was delivered safely as well because of the extra care in packaging by the seller.
