They were not all unpacked straight away . One of the later one had a VERY stiff lock . After some effort the lock opened , but the tab snapped off the key in the process.. I worked the lock with the other key with the door opened and it became a lot easier . I contacted the supplier and they said get a new one and we will pay SUPER SERVICE IT WASNT CHEAP BUT NO QUIBBLES . TOP SELLER
