I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.

Ebay showed 2 different tracking numbers but they both linked back to the one UPS tracking site. That was confusing/concerning. EcoFlow, however, responded to my comments right away and assured me that this would be delivered separately. Sure enough the 2nd box came a few days later. So far the product is great but I m even more impressed with EcoFlow customer service. Thank you all for the timely communication, for staying in touch and making sure that delivery was complete.
