As advertised and good packaging for shipment. It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work.
I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

Item arrived well packed and as advertised but took 2 weeks to arrive. Label was printed after 4 days (marked as "shipped"), Fedex did not receive the item for 7 days, then 3 days in transit. I contacted the seller 2 times about this and they blamed Memorial Day delay and did apologize. In my 21 years of eBay I have never had to wait 14 days to receive an item from a USA seller. I am pretty happy with the item and deal but if I knew I would be waiting so long I would have looked elsewhere.

I ordered the EcoFlow Delta Pro Solar Generator and took advantage of the cost savings going with a refurbished unit and I was not disappointed. The Delta Pro was like new as advertised. I did have a problem with the solar panel and found the 400 watt panel was damaged. Ecoflowdirect promptly sent me a return label and once my return was received a replacement was shipped to me and received four days later. Great product and great customer experience. I plan to add on to my system and use eBay.
