Communication was fairly prompt but even though they offered combined shipping at check out, it wasn't applied. Both items did ship after a few days sitting at the sellers together in separate packages and arrived together in separate packages. Not sure why it took a long time to finally arrive but my items hit at least 10 different ship centers. That isn't on seller but FedEx.

It is very sensitive to light quality, I worry it will not work very well most days where I live, but it does work. I also got a River 2 Max and was worried that there was something wrong with either this device or the River 2 Max, and contacted support and they were very quick to get back to me and they provided information that helped me deduce that there was no issue and the devices were working fine.

Label was printed after 4 days (marked as "shipped"), Fedex did not receive the item for 7 days, then 3 days in transit. I contacted the seller 2 times about this and they blamed Memorial Day delay and did apologize. In my 21 years of eBay I have never had to wait 14 days to receive an item from a USA seller. I am pretty happy with the item and deal but if I knew I would be waiting so long I would have looked elsewhere.
