  Item arrived promptly and was well-packaged. However, nothing in the Item Description mentioned that the Hallmark Jingle Pals "Deck the Halls Duo" DID NOT WORK (no lights, no music, no motion). When the seller was contacted about this issue, they immediately refunded the purchase price. Despite the Item Description error, the seller's resolution was immediate and complete, so I feel that this seller redeemed this error and is, therefore, still a good eBay seller.
